Each December, the heart of Napier transforms into a festive wonderland for the annual Harcourts Christmas Parade & Fiesta. A cherished community tradition, the parade winds through the city with colourful floats, local performers, marching bands, and of course a special appearance from Santa himself.
We support this event with full event management, working alongside both Harcourts and the Napier City Council to deliver a safe, smooth, and delight-filled experience for families. From float registrations to road closures, it's all hands on deck to make sure the magic happens on parade day.

Get ready for a magical afternoon in the heart of Napier, with marching bands, festive floats, community spirit, and a very special guest arriving straight from the North Pole. Whether you're walking, waving, or watching from the sidelines — it's a day that kicks off the season in true Hawke’s Bay style.
The Parade kicks off from 1pm at Clive Square East. Route - Tennyson Street, Hastings Street, Emerson Street. Followed by a fiesta with Santa’s Grotto held in Memorial Square until 3pm.
